The power of small groups

finding your own way through the landscape of now

If we want to bust isolation, move forward, get unstuck, reduce anxiety, find our work and progress with it, support personal and social evolution, discover what's important for us and move forward with it - . . .

Two things are needed,

First is your integrity, being true to yourself,

the second is connecting with others doing that, so we can do our integrity work in community.

We can't find our own way without the presence of others!

We take on the vibe of the tribe we're with. If they're moving forward, dealing creatively with challenges, get it done we are too. If they're isolated, isolated, divided, caught up in dead-end stuff, struggling in unhealthy ways, we'll balance with them - co-regulate, become like them.

“Everything we shut our eyes to, everything we run away from, everything we deny, denigrate, or despise, serves to defeat us in the end. What seems nasty, painful, evil, can be come a source of beauty, joy, and strength, if faced with an open mind. Every moment is a golden one for him who has the vision to recognize it as such."

Henry Miller

Is this you?

Feel like a stranger in a strange land
  • check
    Seldom deeply heard, seen, understood
  • check
Your spiritual growth is not accelerating
  • Your activism is stuck in a rut
  • Your cocooned with no safe place to challenge or be challenged
  • You lace allies for what's most important to you

Tribal creatures - like us - struggle to be individuals. This is . . .
